Zachary & Christina Feinstein
Founded by husband and wife industry experts Zachary and Christina Feinstein in 2014, The Feinstein Group is one of the most well-respected restaurant groups in the Tampa Bay Area including The Black Pearl and The Living Room on Main, and Sonder Social Club in Dunedin, Florida and most recently The Living Room at the Shoppes of Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel.
Since Zachary was a child he took to restaurants like a fish to water. With no one in his family in the industry he learned by working in almost every position one can hold in a restaurant from pizza box folder to global director. Attending The University of Central Florida's Rosen School of Hospitality Management, Zachary laid the ground work for what continues to be a fulfilling career in the industry.
Christina, a native of New York, received her MBA in Global Business Management and eventually landed in the restaurant industry where she fell in love with everything about the industry from the front to back office, not to mention the fun that’s involved! Prior to launching the Feinstein Group, Zachary and Christina managed a combined 200+ International and Regional Burger King’s where love would eventually find them. Zachary proposed to Christina one day under an Iron Oak Tree – the name of their Restaurant they were forced to close due to the fall out from COVID-19.
Before buying their first restaurant, they looked at 72 potential restaurants until they fell upon the Black Pearl in downtown Dunedin, Florida. A year later on the same date they bought the Living Room just several buildings down the road. Christina spends her time now as the brains behind the creativity and design of the Feinstein Group creations. Zachary and Christina continue to grow their vision of building a large-scale restaurant corporation focused on multiple brands while helping to enhance their communities through charitable work and donations. Their restaurants have participated in over 40 charities in Pinellas County and donated hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of food and money to these causes!
Zachary and Christina believe in creating one-of-a-kind life experiences, one plate at a time in both in their personal and professional lives. Everything they create is from the freshest and finest ingredients. Servers receive the highest level of training and are held to an incredibly high standard, and managers have the know-how and ability to make decisions like an owner.
In 2022 Zach and Christina were awarded the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s prestigious 40 under 40 award and were the first couple to win the award together.
